Position: Custom/Warehouse Operations Executive for (Liquor) warehouse Experience: 4 to 10 years Salary: Negotiable Location: Okhla Phase-1, New Delhi Prepares documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and export steps and procedures
(as per Excise and Custom guidelines)
All custom-related tasks, preparation of Bill of Entry for Ex-Bonding also experience in In- bonding, Stocking & end to end warehouse management
Review paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly
Maintains a database that tracks Inward and outward supplies
Ensure efficient space utilization & maintain standards of cold storage, hygiene and security
Handling all warehousing & shipping-related documentation and requirements
Liaise with transportation companies to create a good working relationship to be able to strike good negotiations for the transportation of goods, and to prevent hiccups that may arise
Keep records of all shipping activities, documenting procedures, guidelines, and changes in procedures for reference purposes Inspect goods to be delivered to ensure that they are in the right quantity and quality
And supervise the loading of such goods into vehicles for delivery
Supervise activities of the team to ensure that they are hands-on in order to promote hard work, which is needed for successful deliveries and completion of tasks
Help in recruiting competent and hardworking workers to carry out daily operations at the organization and put them through in discharging their duties
Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications/Knowledge, Necessary Skill, Experience, and abilities requirement Knowledge of Excise and Custom Documentation guidelines Knowledge of Inventory Management, Logistics Management and Warehouse Operations Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Graduate/Post Graduate or equivalent required
